Vickesh specialises in business transformation and operating model design. He has been consulting across the UK, Europe and Australia for 14 years, developing his passion designing and implementing end-to-end transformations that engage the whole organisation.
His career highlights include being short-listed for a consulting award in the UK after saving £7 million as part of a global operating model implementation and leading a team of scientists as they set-up the transformation of their R&D departments in Basel, Switzerland. He has delivered similar results for companies such as HP, Roche, Travelex, Dixons Carphone, Argos, IBM, QBE insurance and Woolworths.
His style has been described as collaborative, calm and pragmatic. Although a native Kiwi, his current address is Sydney, Australia, where he lives with his wife and young daughter. He enjoys being out in nature (or the garden), playing squash and dreaming about racing an old Alfa Romeo.
