Freddie is a Principal Consultant based in our Sydney office. A passionate, skilled facilitator and people-focused consultant, Freddie enjoys partnering closely with leaders, leading them through structured approaches to achieve outcomes at pace. He is particularly interested in helping leaders identify the best ways of engaging their people and lead them through significant organisational change.
Freddie has supported clients in the UK and Australia and across Europe and the APAC region and has experience across industries including technology, infrastructure, retail, FMCG, media and pharmaceuticals. He has worked with clients to design and implement new operating models, drive culture transformations and deliver leadership development programs.
Freddie heads up our pro bono Pop Up Advisory initiative in Australia.
Before entering consulting, Freddie worked as a science teacher on the Teach First leadership development program, where he honed his workshop facilitation skills and his ability to manage classrooms of challenging stakeholders.
Australia is Freddie’s second post abroad, having also lived in France for two years: first as a student and then as a semi-professional rugby player. He continues to run out for his local rugby team in Bondi, in between games of Spikeball at the beach and exploring nearby national parks with his wife.
