Jamie is a Senior Consultant who joined the London Office in October 2023. With a consulting background spanning the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, Jamie brings a well-rounded and people-centric approach to tackling complex business challenges.
Since joining Q5, Jamie has primarily supported clients in the retail and healthcare sectors, delivering work across organisation design and customer experience discoveries. His role has taken him across Europe, with his highlight being an eight-week engagement in the Middle East in Autumn 2024. Prior to Q5, Jamie spent two years at a boutique technology consultancy, where he focused on digital transformations and public-sector policy implementation. During this time, he also co-led the firm’s user research capability.
Jamie holds a degree in International Relations and Management from the University of St Andrews, where he also completed a Master’s in International Business to sharpen his commercial and strategic thinking. Outside of work, Jamie is a keen sportsman, playing both cricket and rugby. He also enjoys escaping to his native Scotland for a round of golf and exploring new destinations through travel.
