Olivia is a creative professional with expertise in Learning and Development, Organisational Psychology, Culture Change, and Behavioural Science. She supports organisations to build cultures that are strong, thriving and high-performing.
She has worked with clients across diverse industries (FMCG, Retail, Infrastructure, Aviation and Telecoms). Olivia provides meaningful consultancy and hands on project delivery across four key areas: learning and development (all levels and blended learning methodologies), organisational psychology (e.g., organisational change theories and practice, talentdevelopment, organisational resilience), HR technology (specifically innovation and AI in learning technology) and behavioural science (COM-B, systems thinking, research and analysis, intervention design.
Olivia received a distinction in her Organisational Psychology MSc, from Birkbeck, University of London, and her research interests are around personal and organisational resilience and is currently in the process of co-authoring an academic paper that explores the effectiveness of coaching technology in organisations. Olivia is passionate about bridging the gap between academic research and real-world practice and endeavours to do this in her work with clients and colleagues.
