Rachel Colman

Rachel is a Registered Psychologist (MPsych Organisational) with experience across organisational psychology, recruitment, HR, and consulting. She is passionate about organisational culture, leadership, and building psychologically healthy and high-performing workplaces. Rachel holds a Master of Organisational Psychology from Deakin University and brings over six years of experience across people and culture, leadership development, employee experience, transformation and organisational consulting roles. Prior to joining Q5, she supported clients across culture transformation, organisational diagnostics, stakeholder engagement, and people strategy initiatives. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys running, hiking and camping, going to the cinema and exploring the world through travel and card games.
