Helen is an Associate Partner at Q5 with more than three decades of experience helping organisations navigate complex transformation and leadership challenges, with a particular focus on culture, behaviour change and organisational effectiveness. She has led large-scale global operating model and transformation programmes across sectors including Media, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Oil & Gas.
Helen specialises in leadership development, culture and behaviour change, and supporting organisations to build more connected, resilient and high-performing teams. As part of Q5’s People Performance leadership team, she works closely with senior leaders to help organisations create environments where people feel a genuine sense of connection and belonging, recognising the impact this has on individual, team and organisational performance.
Alongside her consulting work, Helen is also a qualified psychotherapist, coach and supervisor, bringing a distinctive perspective on emotional wellbeing, mental health and life-stage transitions in the workplace. She is the author of Living Well, Dying Well and Midlife: Stories of Crisis and Growth, reflecting her longstanding interest in how people navigate uncertainty, change and shifting workforce dynamics.
At Q5, Helen supports clients through complex people and transformation challenges, combining her expertise in organisational change and human behaviour to drive meaningful and sustainable impact.
Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown-up children and two cocker spaniels. A passionate traveller and sports enthusiast, she loves being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of life’s adventures.
