Chloe is a highly personable consultant who enjoys helping organisations to effect meaningful change and achieve the outcomes they desire.
Chloe joined Q5 in July 2023. Whilst at Q5, she has worked with a range of clients across a variety of different sectors, from retail to the public sector, and has particular experience supporting OD in Corporate Functions. With a strong understanding of Q5 OD methodology, Chloe has a wealth of experience in documenting the OD process and in facilitating client workshops to achieve the organisational outcomes desired.
Chloe also brings years of experience from the education sector, where she worked as a secondary school teacher, and during which time she undertook a coaching qualification. She enjoys supporting Q5’s pro bono consulting offer, Pop-Up, which supports not-for-profit organisations and has also volunteered as a Youth Panel Mentor, which introduces young people to the consulting industry.
With a History degree from the University of Cambridge, she brings an analytical mindset, a passion for research and an eye for detail.
