Sam is a Consultant, having joined Q5 in June 2025. He is conscientious, detail-oriented and empathetic consultant, bringing an analytical and logical approach to solving complex organisational challenges. He takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and is always keen to deepen his understanding of his clients and the industries they operate in.
Sam has experience across organisation design and implementation projects across the retail and life sciences sectors, from diagnosing organisational challenges and designing future operating models through to planning and driving successful implementation. He is particularly interested in how structures, processes, and ways of working can be designed to create lasting impact. Since joining Q5, he also has experience in financial and cost modelling through working towards the Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst qualification.
Before joining Q5, Sam worked at a boutique consulting firm, primarily supporting NHS clients on large-scale transformation programmes, gap analysis and the generation of data-driven insights.
Outside of work, Sam holds a BSc in Medical Biosciences from Imperial College London, enjoys football and going to the gym, and is a keen foodie.
