Adam is an experienced consultant and advisor on business transformation, and has led projects in the UK, Asia, and the Middle East. He has led major programmes on a range of topics, from global organization design of billion-dollar Commercial and Finance functions to establishing and operating a Strategy Management Office for one of the world’s largest health transformation programs.
He brings a combination of strategic thinking and operational logic to his work and is deeply committed to being a trusted advisor to his clients. Adam takes pride in helping his clients solve their toughest problems, using his experience of operating model transformation, organization design, and the strategy development and execution lifecycle across industries.
He is a confident and effective communicator, with extensive experience working at C-suite and Ministerial levels of multinational organisations and governments.
Adam has a decade of experience and previously worked at Deloitte Consulting and IBM. He has a First-Class Honours Degree in International Business Management from Oxford Brookes University.
Outside of work, Adam is a devoted sports fan (Swansea City and the Welsh Rugby Team), an avid reader, and an ever-improving cook.
