Albina is a Principal Consultant, specialising in Organisational Development and Culture.
Albina has a natural ability to forge meaningful relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring alignment, engagement, and collaboration. Albina applies her experience in organisational development and change management to help clients achieve their strategic goals and enhance their performance and culture.
Prior to joining Q5 in 2022, she gained industry experience working in Hospitality, Retail and Higher Education sectors, operating as a senior leader in Organisational Development and Change Management roles.
Albina has an MSc in Economic Policy and Analysis. Albina is an experienced facilitator, an accredited coach, a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a Prosci Change Management practitioner.
Albina enjoys cycling, being outdoors and trying new activities that involve hights (e.g. flying trapeze, abseiling, wing walking, paragliding). She is never happier than when on the dance floor or exploring new cities and cultures with her supportive partner.
