Anne Letzerich is the North America lead for Q5’s Org Development and Culture practice. She has over 20 years of experience identifying talent, managing teams, coaching and mentoring others, and developing leaders to reach beyond their potential.
Globally minded with a curiosity to know and understand others’ diversity of thought, talent and experience, Anne practices this throughout her work to help make leaders and organizations successful. Anne has strong experience consulting with others, collaborating, building networks and creating, improving and facilitating leadership workshops. Anne is able to anticipate needs and solve challenges with innovative and creative solutions. Anne brings adaptability to a wide variety of environments with a career that spans everything from small start-ups and mid-size firms to large global non-profit organizations.
Anne has worked on projects across a variety of clients at Q5, primarily focused on organizational development, people development and team effectiveness. Prior to Q5, Anne led and oversaw Leadership & Executive Development programs for leaders and managers across a global organization of 38,000 employees.
