Ben is an enthusiastic and empathetic consultant who brings a breadth of consulting experience, where he has worked across industries, supporting his clients through times of change.
Prior to Q5, Ben spent five years in Accenture’s ‘Talent & Organisation’ practice and before that he spent several years Teaching. He is passionate about helping his clients to navigate transformation, from crafting their strategy through to activating and implementing strategic initiatives.
Ben has experience in strategic change, business transformation, leadership development, behaviour and culture change, organisation design, talent management and learning.
Ben approaches work with an open minded and collaborative approach and builds strong relationships with colleagues and clients. He enjoys taking time to develop others whilst ensuring that he is also continuously learning.
Ben enjoys being outdoors, cycling and swimming and travelling the world when he can – especially if there is a chance of being in the sea.
