Rebecca’s expertise is in aligning what gets done with an organisation’s strategy, driving practical outcomes and improvements to deliver transformation that sticks. She works with senior stakeholders, board members and executives across the public and private sectors, helping them get to the core of challenges to find the right solutions. This includes undertaking strategic and organisational reviews to drive decision-making and business change, enabling teams to step back and evaluate what they need to do. Rebecca sits on two charity boards where she provides advice, guidance, and strategic support.
Rebecca joined Q5 in 2015, where she has worked on projects ranging from team change (including agile design and process transformation) through organisation design to strategy creation. She relishes working across sectors and types of organisation, aligning her work with the passion teams have and empowering them to make change. She joined Q5 from Maxxim Consulting; prior to this she worked in growing organisations helping them set themselves up for success.
Outside of work, Rebecca is happiest when outdoors – whether walking the dog, gardening, running solo or with her young daughter in a buggy. She also enjoys travelling, crochet, cooking and music, and sings with the Joyful Company of Singers.
