Pavlina is a Principal Consultant at Q5 and heads up our Organisation Culture practice. She has extensive experience in leading large scale culture change and leadership effectiveness programmes that enable organisations to achieve their strategic ambitions by creating environments where individuals and teams can thrive. She supports complex global organisations to shape their common unifying purpose, implement their vision and activate their values and underlying behaviours to drive performance, engagement and business outcomes.
She works with her clients to build the effectiveness of leaders and their teams through highly tailored interventions designed to result in practical and impactful changes in the way people work. Her compassionate yet challenging style creates a safe space for experimentation and gets to the bottom of the key drivers that are influencing patterns of behaviours and system dynamics.
Pavlina is an accredited Executive and Team Coach, a certified scrum master and holds an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics (LSE). She is also trained in several psychometric tools.
Prior to joining Q5, Pavlina worked for PwC in a global finance role across UK, Europe and APAC.
Outside of work, Pavlina loves all things arts and crafts. She is an amateur potter, which has been her hobby since she was a kid. She is from Greece and takes every opportunity to organise sailing trips with her friends around the Greek islands.
