Louise Glyde

Louise is a Principal in the Analytics consulting team, specialising in organisation design, economic development, and infrastructure and public sector transformation.

A qualified chartered accountant, Louise brings experience from strategy consultancies, Big 4 firms and start-ups, combining organisational design with financial modelling and analytics to help clients make better decisions about how they structure and run their organisations. At Q5, she has worked with public and private sector clients on operating model design, workforce planning, cost transformation and large-scale change.

Outside of work, Louise is a keen runner and enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing in different places around the world.
