Anurag brings 20+ years of experience across enterprise and advisory, specialising in workforce/locations strategy, strategic workforce planning, and shared services strategy. He also leads the firm’s work on the impact of AI on workforce.
Most recently, he was the Global Head of Workforce Strategy at Experian, where he transformed the firm’s operating model to achieve savings, faster hiring, compressed delivery timelines, and more strategic outsourcing. He also assessed the impact of GenAI on key roles.
Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Everest Group, where he helped a variety of clients optimise service delivery productivity and efficiency. He is an authority on external talent market intelligence, service delivery benchmarking, and sourcing model topics. He is a recognised speaker / panellist in industry conferences.
Outside work, he loves spending time hiking, traveling, or volunteering. He is also an avid Yogi and fitness enthusiast.
