Charlie is a Principal Consultant and our global healthcare practice lead.
Charlie has extensive experience across the healthcare system, having worked closely with providers, regional integrated care systems, national bodies and government.
Most of Charlie’s work involves supporting healthcare executives to effectively design and deliver complex change at pace. He is driven by aligning leaders around ideas and moving them into action, which ultimately leads to improved population health, patient care and staff experience.
Charlie is passionate about helping clients to deliver brilliantly, while developing a lasting internal capability which can continue to deliver long term. As a result, he has worked on innovative programmes which aim to develop the next generation of leaders in healthcare.
Charlie recently spent a year living in the Middle East, where he led a major cross-government exercise to design the blueprint for Accountable Care Organisations, which will ultimately care for 20+ million people.
Charlie’s other clients have included NHS England, Alfred Health, South East London Integrated Care System, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board and Genomics England.
Having worked across England, Wales, Australia and the Middle East, Charlie has found that we can provide huge value to our clients by connecting different health systems around the world, and helping them to learn from one another.
