Matt is a Principal consultant at Q5 bringing a customer-centric, data-driven approach to business transformation in retail and consumer goods. with 10+ years of advising and transforming leading UK and International, brands including Pandora, The Entertainer, Selfridges, McArthur Glen, Al Futtaim, The Post Office, Debenhams and Sacla.
Matt enjoys the challenge of helping clients solve their biggest issues in ways that work for them and their teams. Matt has operated on client side so understands the environments clients are faced with and can harness this knowledge when creating compelling solutions.
Matt started his career in retail in 2009 at Debenhams and worked within the corporate development function looking into new international markets, operating models and strategy as well as the commercial planning. Matt then moved into the world of consulting in 2017 working in the omnichannel strategy and transformation space.
In his spare time Matt enjoys spending time with his young family and a round of golf with friends.
