We work closely with senior leaders in a wide range of central government departments including the Cabinet Office, Home Office, HMRC and DfE. Some of the projects involve large scale organisation design while others are more tactical pieces of work. We also work with regulators, agencies, public bodies and corporations such as the BBC and Channel 4. We are well positioned on the Crown Commercial frameworks.
