Nick is an experienced consultant who has successfully delivered complex change programmes in both the public and private sectors. His experience covers multiple business functions and operational areas including strategy, business planning, capital projects, operations, supply chain, IT, HR and finance.
His main area of interest is in helping clients to make sense of complicated environments and develop strategies that are simple and, most importantly, deliverable.
Before embarking on his consulting career Nick was a fast jet navigator in the RAF and tries hard to bring skills from his flying days to his consulting work including flexibility, adaptability, agility and teamwork. He is married with three children, lives in Lincoln and supports Aberdeen Football Club. When not taking children to various sporting events or birthday parties he likes to run and play squash.
