Adam joined Q5 in 2019 and is the Head of our Q5 Cardiff office. Prior to joining Q5, Adam worked as an HR professional in the retail and higher education sectors, working across HR policy and business partnering at Sainsbury’s, UCL and LSE.
At Q5, Adam has led organisation design and change projects for a diverse mix of clients across sectors, including in retail, specialty chemicals, and the NHS. Adam’s recent clients have included: Kingfisher, Selfridges, Pandora and several organisations within NHS Wales.
Adam has a BSc in Social Policy with Government from the London School of Economics and an MSc with distinction in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London. Adam is also a qualified HR professional and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys getting out and about in exploring South Wales, spending quality time with his family, and cheering his beloved Welsh rugby team on to victory. Cymru am byth!
