The Agency were focussing their penultimate year of their 5-year strategy on ‘Leadership’ capability for its leaders. They already had a ”menu of training” available for its leaders but they wanted something that was more bespoke and fit more clearly into a framework which gave choice to learners and where the ownership for development sat firmly with the learner.
Q5 were tasked with redesigning the organisation’s approach to leadership development as well as creating a bespoke programme for both its executive and senior leadership population. The success of this programme meant that Q5 were then asked to create and implement a similar curriculum for the core population.
Q5 showed expertise, insight and flexibility and delivered the Executive sessions in a way that was personal and tailored to meet our needs. They have helped the ELT understand their personal leadership styles and improved team understanding and cohesion as well as creating a broader ‘community’ of leaders. Furthermore, they worked to ensure that the programme is rigorously evaluated as well as embedded in the organisation for the future.
