Isabel joined Q5 in 2020 after completing an internship with us in 2019. She has since worked across a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on retail and media clients. Isabel brings analytical rigour, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to every engagement, supporting clients through complex operating model redesigns, strategy development, and large-scale transformation programmes.
She holds an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and a first-class degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford, where she specialised in Macroeconomics and International Security.
Outside of work, Isabel is an avid squash player and enjoys exploring the world, regularly hiking, surfing, and skiing in new places.
