Rob is a principal consultant based in Q5’s London office. He has more than 20 years’ experience working for a global media organisation in both operational and strategic roles. This range of experience within an industry at the sharpest end of both market and technological disruption means he is comfortable working across organisation design, transformation and all aspects of change management from concept to implementation. Customer engagement and business diversification are also particular passion points.
Recent roles have seen him work in both the public and private sectors, covering a range of initiatives from portfolio management, operating model design and programme management. His approach is collaborative and collegial, and always with consideration for the people at the heart of an organisation, be they employees or customers.
Rob studied Journalism and Psychology at London’s City University. Originally from Devon, he can now be found being pulled across the fields of north Essex by his three dogs.
