Chris Lannister

Chris is Head of IT at Q5, leading the global IT function with a focus on delivering secure, scalable, and people-centric technology solutions. With over 15 years of experience across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service delivery, he is responsible for ensuring Q5’s technology estate supports the firm’s continued growth and international expansion.

Chris has led key initiatives including Cyber Essentials Plus certification, ISO 27001 implementation and compliance, and the ongoing development of robust security, governance, and risk management practices. Passionate about creating a seamless technology experience, he works closely with teams across Q5 to balance innovation, security, and operational excellence.

Outside of work, Chris has a keen interest in AI, open-source software, and data sovereignty, alongside photography and sailing.
