Maddie is a conscientious and dynamic consultant, who joined Q5 in May 2023. She has worked with organisations across a variety of industries including Retail, Infrastructure and the Public Sector. She is dedicated to her work and enjoys problem solving and gaining a deeper understanding of her clients’ organisations and their ways of working.
Maddie has experience in Organisation Design, helping to deliver target operating models and high-level design structures for her clients, as well as Organisational Development & Culture work and supporting clients with Strategy projects.
Maddie holds a first-class Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and enjoys applying the analytical skills she learned in her degree to her work. Outside of work, Maddie is a watersports enthusiast, and spends much of her time on the water sailing and surfing.
