Maddie joined Q5 in May 2023 and has since worked with clients across a range of industries, including retail, technology, infrastructure and the public sector. She enjoys solving complex problems, building a deep understanding of her clients’ organisations, and working collaboratively with clients to improve the way they work.
Maddie has experience in organisation design, including the development of target operating models and high-level and detailed design structures for her clients. She has also led clients through enterprise-wide and functional transformation and change, as well as supporting strategy and culture work.
Maddie holds a first-class Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and enjoys applying the analytical skills she learned from her degree to her work. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys fitness and watersports, and spends much of her time running along the coast, or on the water sailing and surfing.
