Lily is an analytical and engaging consultant with experience in Enterprise Target Operating Model and Organisation Design across the full project lifecycle. She works closely with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership teams, to deliver complex transformation outcomes, with experience in the following sectors: FMCG, InfraTech, Professional Services, Not-for-profit, Retail, Energy, Media .
Throughout her career, Lily supported the delivery of end-to-end P&C, Finance, and Technology value stream design and implementation planning, from current-state assessment through to implementation. Her recent experience includes delivering detailed organisational design, cost modelling, and business case development, alongside facilitating executive engagement and leadership development across enterprise-wide programmes.
Prior to Q5, Lily worked as a Sustainability Consultant at Six Degrees and interned at Eversheds Sutherland. She holds a degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol and is an avid traveller and hiker in her spare time.
