Lauren is a dedicated and enthusiastic Consultant who enjoys building strong relationships with clients to achieve meaningful impact.
During her time at Q5, she has built valuable experience in Organisational Design across a variety of sectors, including Financial Services, Retail and Infrastructure. Most recently she has worked on an Organisational Development and Culture project, developing a leadership capability framework for an executive team.
With a degree in History from the University of Edinburgh, she has developed strong investigative and data-driven skills to fully assess client challenges and opportunities.
Outside of work, Lauren is passionate about sports, loves to travel and is a keen musical enthusiast!
