Emilia is a trusted Consultant with experience delivering large-scale transformation and complex delivery programmes across healthcare, public services, transport, energy and utilities, and the private sector. She brings strong programme management, stakeholder engagement and delivery discipline, with a track record of building governance, planning and reporting approaches that improve delivery grip and enable measurable performance improvement.

Outside of work, Emilia holds a BSC in Psychology and is an avid gym go-er, cook and loves spending time with her family and friends.
