Luke is a Senior Consultant having joined the firm in 2019 and has since gained significant Organisation Design experience working with clients such as Christie’s, BT and Serco before spending a year supporting the NHS with its Covid-19 incident response and designing the New Hospitals’ Building Programme. He has also worked in Leadership & Development at BAT and Strategy at Arcadia.
Luke’s other experience includes running a student consulting firm for 3-years whilst at the University of St. Andrews, where he studied Geography and gained First Class Honours. He has also completed an equity research internship at a boutique investment bank, as well as a spring internship at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys hitchhiking and couch surfing through European countries, avidly following all things cricket, tennis and Formula 1 and even brews his own beer – not all at the same time however! He’s also been known to dabble in the occasional game of football and handball although he can occasionally get the two mixed up.
