Isabelle specialises in the Financial Services sector, where she has supported a range of large-scale organisations with complex organisational design projects. Most recently, she has been embedded within the global finance function of a major international bank, focusing on optimising structures, processes, and ways of working to enhance collaboration and drive business performance across global markets.
Having lived in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, and the UK, Isabelle is highly adaptable and brings a global perspective to her work. She began her career in Private Equity, where she developed strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills. Isabelle holds a degree in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick, where she gained early experience working with venture capital firms.
Outside of work, Isabelle can often be training for an upcoming run or seeking her next surf trip destination while exploring the best new spots to eat in London.
