Liss leads our office in Melbourne, Australia. With a background in psychology and having recently completed her qualification in Executive Coaching, Liss thoroughly enjoys the ‘people side’ of organisational transformation by helping individuals and teams to navigate and see the opportunity in a different way of working. Having started her career in the Human Capital division of Deloitte consulting in Melbourne, Liss has the breadth of experience of designing organisations through to supporting leaders to own and implement new ways of working.
Liss has worked in consulting for over a decade, including being based for six of those years in Q5’s office in London where she worked across the UK and Europe. She has experience across a range of industries, but is particularly passionate about working with retail organisations, and small-medium sized businesses looking to scale whilst preserving what has made them successful to date.
Outside of work Liss is one of the many people who fell victim to the “Covid Dog” trend which resulted in Liss adopting a retired racing greyhound, Harpo. Although Harpo may be her trickiest client yet, he has certainly provided plenty of entertainment during Melbourne’s (many) lockdowns!
