Claire is a partner in our Organisational Development & Culture practice at Q5 and leads our research and development at Q5 which explores all aspects of Organisational Futurology.
Claire is an experienced talent & development professional, an accredited executive and team coach and highly experienced facilitator. She has a deep interest in organisational development, particularly in the context of ensuring successful change within organisations. Claire is also interested in the application of neuroscience & physical intelligence to leadership and team development.
Over her career Claire has worked in both consulting and senior HR roles, and across multiple sectors. Claire is also passionate about education and purpose-led organisations. In addition to her role at Q5 Claire works voluntarily as an advisor for the Oxford University Business Economics Programme, supports her local secondary school as an Enterprise Advisor and volunteers consulting support for charitable/purpose-led organisations through both Q5’s Pop-up advisory and the Cranfield Trust.
Claire lives in south-west London with her husband Rob and two children, Ella and Libby. She enjoys fitness, and in particular cycling and managed to clock up 10,000km over the last year (in part thanks to the lockdowns!)
