The client, a global oil and gas supermajor, had launched a strategy to be a sustainable energy company by 2050. Having completed a redesign of the organisation structure to support this strategy, the client was dedicated to overhauling ways of working to become more customer and output focused. Essentially bringing to life the concept of self-sustaining teams throughout the business using Agile as the core methodology. Q5 supported the client through a combination of support in the Agile Centre of Excellence (CoE) and provided a large number of Agile coaches across the globe to drive the adoption of new ways of working.
