Q5 were delighted to sponsor WiHTL and DiR’s Inclusion Summit 2023, for the second year running, on 10th October 2023 at the Hilton on Park Lane.
Over 650 people attended the summit, celebrating the topic of inclusion with a focus on accelerating the pace of change, to make an industry that is diverse by nature, inclusive by choice.
The event hosted a number of brilliant speakers and panel sessions, including the panel session on The Future of EDI, facilitated by Q5’s Dr Claire Hamlin, Director of Purpose and Sustainability. The panel recommended that leaders need to take time to properly understand their teams and create an environment that makes them thrive, where individuals can bring their unique skills to work and align that to a common goal. The panel shared what organisations such as Bourne Leisure, Virgin Atlantic, Sainsbury’s, Greene King and Ikea US, are doing to drive their EDI agenda, including a reverse mentoring system, disclosure, and the importance of people policies.
The Q5 stand generated significant interest and facilitated fantastic introductions and discussions with industry leaders and decision makers.
