Todd is a seasoned consultant, with expertise across a wide range of people consulting specialties. From operating model and organisation design, to detailed remuneration design and gender pay analysis, he brings a breadth of experience to the Q5 team.
Alongside his wide-ranging of technical skills, Todd has experience across a breadth of sectors and industries – including major projects for public sector, private sector, and NGO clients.
A recent immigrant to the UK, Todd spent the formative years of his career at PwC in New Zealand, where he worked in the People Consulting team. In 2020 he left PwC to start a sustainability business, which he is still actively involved with today.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Theatre from Victoria University of Wellington, and a Certificate in Compensation Studies from Cornell University.
An active relaxer, Todd fills his spare time outside of work with sports, primarily hockey and cycling. Being new to this side of the world, he also aims to do a lot of travel (hopefully to destinations with snow, chairlifts, and après).
