Selena joined the Q5 team as a Senior Consultant in September 2021. Since joining the team, Selena has delivered multiple projects within the Infrastructure sector. She has been involved in a broad range of projects focusing on Purpose, Operating Model, and Organisational Design. Prior to joining Q5, Selena worked as a software engineer, and has experiences in the Aerospace, Industrial, and Highways Engineering industries.
Selena holds an M.Eng in Aerospace and Aerothermal Engineering from the University of Cambridge, and has spent time at the University of Salamanca to improve her Spanish.
Outside of work, Selena loves travelling (especially to Spain), photography (both landscape & selfies), and music (her enthusiasm makes up for her ability in singing).
