We’re delighted to share the news that Jim Dobel has taken on the role of Managing Director in the UK.
Jim is an organisation design expert who works with organisations to tackle their challenges as they take strategy ‘off the page’ and develop operational plans: ranging from scaling up recruitment in fast-growth gaming companies to establishing new ways of working across UK motorway services. Jim has worked with organisations of all shapes and sizes since joining Q5 in 2013, building strong and close client relationships across these businesses.
Before joining Q5, Jim worked in senior management roles at the BBC working in Factual programmes and delivering Corporation-wide change programmes.
