We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee all IT functions in Q5. You will report directly into our CTO, leading a small team of IT Support Specialists and manage our technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems, processes, and policies. We are also looking for a candidate able to manage and develop our information security operations across the organisation, able to support the needs of both our people and our clients to manage risk sensibly and appropriately.
You will be experienced defining and leading the work of self and others, dedicated to building a happy and capable team. To be true to our values we want to create an inclusive environment that celebrates the visible and invisible diversity of all people. Having truly diverse teams that reflect the communities we operate in can help deliver the best outcomes for our clients and whilst giving everyone the opportunity to bring their best selves to work.
