We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee all IT functions in Q5. You will report directly into our CTO, leading a small team of IT Support Specialists and manage our technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems, processes, and policies. We are also looking for a candidate able to manage and develop our information security operations across the organisation, able to support the needs of both our people and our clients to manage risk sensibly and appropriately.
You will be experienced defining and leading the work of self and others, dedicated to building a happy and capable team. You will be a ‘people person’ – as well as a technician – obsessed with the experience of users of IT and naturally seek to assist and provide an exceptional service to those struggling to make the most of technology to do their jobs.
