We are looking for an experienced Technology Support professional to oversee all IT functions in Q5. You will report directly into our Technology Support & Information Security Manager, as part of a small team of providing our technology operations and supporting the implementation of new IT systems, processes, and policies. The candidate will also be capable in developing application and business process integration knowledge to effectively administer and support core business systems – supporting the needs of our people in managing our business in SaaS applications such as HR, Finance, Recruitment and others.
You will be experienced in providing first-line and second-line IT support, able to manage self and work as part of a dedicated and capable team. You will be a ‘people person’ – as well as a technician – obsessed with the experience of users of IT and naturally seek to assist and provide an exceptional service to those struggling to make the most of technology to do their jobs.
