Enterprise Agile Coach – Contractor

Full Time
  • 3 – 6 months contractor role, with the possibility to extend 
  • Global Consultancy – offices in UK, AU and US
  • The role is based in Melbourne, with the flexibility to work partly from home 

We have an opportunity with an Enterprise-level client to do some detailed design of their operating model and to be their implementation partner for their new Tech Op Model.


We are looking for, 

  • An Agile Coach who is Enterprise-level trained and with Enterprise-level experience
  • Experience in agile transformation of Tech functions from waterfall (the hard slog of establishing Agile product squads, not just coming in and fine-tuning as a BAU Coach)
  • Related qualifications & certifications
  • Some big Australian brand experience would be a bonus
  • Available from August / September
  • Melbourne-based candidates with full working rights.
