Consulting Insights Placement

Contract

We are award-winning experts in organisation change, helping to build better businesses across the world.  Q5 was set up to be nimble enough to work across different sectors and locations, and create results based on the specific needs of our clients. We are pleased to offer a 5 month placement within our Consulting team. 

What is the role?

Main objectives:

  • Help identify our ‘insights’ requirements across Q5
  • Help create an approach to insights development and sharing across Q5 and externally
  • Writing and publishing Q5 thinking on social media
  • Focussed areas of research on specific ‘futurology’ themes to develop Q5 thinking on areas such as Talent Management, AI/digital, ESG & sustainability transformation, and Business ecosystems

What’s the need?

  • The pace of change in our areas of expertise and sectors we work in, and the need to be on top of the latest trends is increasing, and this is an exciting opportunity to help shape how we manage this

What are the outputs?

  • Agree areas of insight focus
  • Identify optimal sources of information/knowledge
  • Establish mechanism for sharing inisghts and updating insights across Q5
  • Q5 research / white paper on futurology theme

Skills/experience

  • Research
