The Challenge

The Resilience Project’s mission is to teach positive mental health strategies to help people become more happy. They deliver emotionally engaging programs to schools, sports clubs and businesses, providing practical, evidence-based mental health strategies to build resilience and happiness. They have reached over 500 workplaces, 1000 schools and 1m+ people through their work.

Our Approach

We ran a half-day workshop with The Resilience Project in April 2020 to help them develop their corporate offering in response to changing demand in the short, medium & long term. After defining our success criteria, we used the Crazy 8s design thinking approach to generate ideas for how they could develop their offering for corporate organisations. We then tested, prioritised and explored their top ideas to consider the benefits, risks, investment and implementation considerations. We wrapped by facilitating a short, medium and long term planning exercise to create a prioritised plan for the next 18 months.

Key Outcomes

  • Our Pop-up workshop created a rare occasion for The Resilience Project to do some creative thinking and collaborate as a group after a frantic period with huge demand. The facilitated design process enabled them to land on an outline for their refined corporate offering and a prioritised plan for the next 18 months to take it to market.

What our clients say about us

“Having the opportunity to run a workshop with Q5 during a very challenging time provided significant value to our business. As a small for purpose business we don’t have the resources to be involved in such a session and it was very enjoyable and beneficial to work with highly skilled facilitators to help us navigate business problems and clearly identify future opportunities”
