What’s inside the report:

Social impact at scale

Through the Q5 Foundation, we provided £1.2 million in pro bono consulting in 2025. We partnered with charities, young people and communities to deliver meaningful change and continued to expand our global social impact work.

Environmental action

We are progressing our transition to renewable energy, improving emissions data and reshaping our travel and IT policies to support more sustainable choices. We remain carbon neutral and are preparing our transition plan for science-based validation.

Clear ESG priorities

Our materiality assessment identified six areas of high importance: Employee Engagement and DEI, Business Ethics, Data Security, Employee Health and Safety, Labour Practices and Business Model Resilience. These priorities, in addition to broader social and environmental impact, guide our approach and shape our actions.

People-first progress

We continue to invest in our people. This includes expanding mental health support, strengthening our DEI insights, improving engagement data and building on our commitments to fair and responsible labour practices. Our aim is to create an environment where everyone feels valued and able to thrive.

Stronger ethics and trust

We have enhanced our governance, client risk processes and data protection measures. With ISO27001 accreditation, upgraded security and clearer ethical oversight, we are committed to maintaining high standards and acting with transparency and integrity.

Future-ready resilience

Our work to build a resilient business continues. From exploring AI responsibly to adapting our services across sectors, we are staying agile and forward-looking so we can respond to changing markets and support our clients in new and meaningful ways.
