In Conversation with Q5 presents ‘How to create a culture of equity in your organisation’

This jointly hosted webinar, by Q5 and Clarion, focusses on how employees, managers and leaders can actively foster a culture of equity that empowers women and minority groups in the workplace.

We asked, ‘How can we truly dismantle the stereotypes and unconscious biases that hold us back from providing equal opportunity across different genders, ethnicities and cultures in our workforce, beyond checklist initiatives and HR programs?’.

Our panel consisted of four excellent speakers who are paving the way for women leadership in different sectors, including Sharon Rice-Oxley, founder at Q5, Meeta Zakharia, Director of DE&I at McDonald’s, Sarah Tahamtani, Partner and Head of Employment & Business Immigration at Clarion and Marwa Farouq, Leadership Coach & ex-Head of Operations at Teach for all.

In addition to Q&A, our panelists shared their experiences and discussed the following questions:

  1. How can workplaces promote a culture that seeks to understand the communities which exist beyond their own?
  2. How are leading organisations using their platforms and position to drive greater opportunity for women and minority groups in the workplace?
