Liz is an Associate Partner at Q5 with experience leading complex transformation programmes across a range of industries. She has a strong track record delivering enterprise-wide and functional organisation design in pursuit of cost reduction, M&A synergies, divestment and growth. In addition, she has worked with Executive and Functional leadership teams to deliver impactful leadership development interventions, culture change programmes and structure and lead complex transformation programmes.
Liz thrives on working with c-suite leaders and global teams across a range of sectors including Financial Services (Banking, Insurance and Payments), Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive, Oil and Gas, Mining, Logistics, Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Private Equity. Her style is facilitative with a healthy dose of challenge, believing the best results come from external insight coupled with leaders who really know their own organisations. Liz loves bringing her experience of operating model redesign, culture and behavioural change and leadership development together to drive impactful change to uplift business performance.
Outside of work Liz loves spending time in the great outdoors, whether that be paddleboarding on the river Great Ouse, taking long countryside walks with her two dogs or picnics with her children. She is also a keen gym-goer and loves to travel whenever time allows.
