Kate is a specialist in helping central government clients design organisational transformation and deliver on critical priorities and programmes. Kate has spent over 10 years of her career working with the public sector both in the UK and globally, and is passionate about helping clients improve outcomes for citizens.
Kate is a creative and critical thinker, a problem solver who is comfortable working with complex and ambiguous challenges and situations. Kate focuses on driving delivery, and is skilled at ensuring a rigorous focus on outcomes is maintained, whilst delivering at pace
Most recently Kate has worked with clients in both Financial Services and the UK central Government, working in complex stakeholder environments to deliver detailed organisational design and lead change design and delivery for critical strategic programmes
Prior to Q5, Kate worked at Accenture in their Public Sector, and Strategy and Consulting practices.
Outside of work Kate enjoys exploring the countryside and the coast, and travelling with her family as much as possible.
