Dan brings a sharp analytical approach, paired with a collaborative and constructively challenging style, which sees him consistently recognised for his ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels across diverse environments.
Dan is passionate about enabling organisations and employees to thrive throughout transformative change programmes and into business as usual. His areas of expertise include organisation design, strategic workforce planning, skills & capability frameworks and culture change.
Prior to joining Q5, Dan worked in Big4 consulting, specialising in workforce advisory.Previous clients include HSBC, Lloyd’s Banking Group, Santander, Admiral, NFU Mutual andthe FCA.
Dan holds a BSc in Financial Economics from the University of St Andrews alongside a level5 diploma in human resource management from the Chartered Institute of PersonnelDevelopment.
