Ben brings a breadth of consulting experience, where he has worked across industries, supporting his clients through complex transformation programmes. He is passionate about working with clients through periods of transformation, helping them navigate change with clarity and confidence.
His expertise lies in strategic change and transformation, operating model design, cost reduction, organisation design, organisational development and culture change.
Ben has led teams through large-scale transformation programmes as well as shorter strategic projects, consistently demonstrating an ability to solve complex problems and support clients through times of change. Ben approaches work with an open-minded and collaborative approach and builds strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Prior to Q5, Ben spent five years in Accenture’s ‘Talent & Organisation’ practice and before that he spent several years Teaching.
