Antonia Longrigg

Antonia is a Senior Consultant at Q5 specialising in organisation design and transformation. She has particular experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors, alongside experience working with private sector organisations across Europe, including a secondment in Germany.

She supports organisations facing complex, multi-stakeholder challenges, helping them bring clarity to ambiguity and translate strategy into practical, deliverable outcomes. Her work spans the full transformation lifecycle, from shaping operating models and organisational structures through to implementation and embedding new ways of working. Antonia combines structured problem solving with a people-centred approach, and works closely with clients to navigate challenges and deliver change that lasts.

She holds a first-class degree in Politics and Italian from the University of Bristol, including a year studying and teaching in Bologna.
